Our antinoise systems are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), currently very common in modern construction. Its fragile appearance takes a backseat when you discover the rigidity it provides thanks to the internal steel structure that reinforces the frame.
Its excellent properties have made anti-noise systems the best in thermal and acoustic insulation, due to the 'non-conductive' nature of the plastic, which is reflected in energy and economic savings in homes.
Among its main advantages are:
Thermoacoustic insulation:
Thermal: Since we combine our PVC profiles with special glass for thermal insulation. Thus allowing to reduce more than 60% in the temperature loss that occurs through the windows.
Acoustic: It is possible to reduce up to 52 dB. This means that, if we have an external traffic noise located for example at 80dB, by reducing it by 52db, we would go to an internal noise of 25dB that could be compared to a small whisper.
Leaks Control:
The sealing with expansive polyurethane and silicone foam of high specification for outdoors, between the window frame and the openings of the building, guarantees total control of water, air, cold and humidity leaks, also contributing to thermoacoustic insulation.
Security
With the addition of the glass stoppers inside, the galvanized steel reinforcements, thermo-hardened and tempered glass and the multi-point fittings, a much higher level of safety is achieved than traditional aluminum systems.
Environmental Protection
The manufacturing of PVC profiles consumes 7 times less energy than aluminum profiles and therefore its carbon footprint is much lower. Additionally, the energy savings in its use allow greater savings in CO2 emissions during its useful life.
